July saw another addition to our growing portfolio of Freehold dental properties, with the acquisition of a large detached former residential property in Allstree, a popular residential suburb on the outskirts of Derby.
The building is a modern, 5 surgery practice, with extensive grounds and parking in a leafy residential area just three miles from the centre of Derby. The building has been extended and fitted out to a high standard to provide a pleasant environment for dental customers.
The purchase increases Hälsa’s portfolio to 21 and is another partnership with Envisage Dental UK Limited, who simultaneously acquired the dental business and who now occupy the property long-term on mutually favourable lease terms.
